Screenin 4 a Change: artwork and zines by Paul D'Elia

Photobucket

You are invited to the next art exhibit at BOOKMACHINE books + zines entitled "Screenin 4 a Change: featuring artwork by Paul D'Elia." The opening reception is Friday, August 5 from 7-11pm during the Downtown Fullerton Artwalk.

Paul D'Elia is the artist behind Screenin 4 A Change Studios out of Los Angeles, CA. The effort started as a screen printing experiment with gig posters during college to help promote and give back to the DIY punk music scene. Paul grew up calling that scene his home and it remains the source for much of his inspiration today. Over the past 7 years “Screenin 4 A Change” has transitioned from a small idea into a full fledge artistic perspective that is both exciting and provocative. In this evolution he’s expanded his mediums to include drawings, collages and paintings along with screen prints. His work has been displayed in various galleries and shows around the world and has been included in books and magazines.

Hope to see you there!

Love,
